GRAND RAPIDS, Wis.-- A central Wisconsin man accused of killing a man he believed was having an affair with his wife is being held on $1 million bond.

Court documents allege 58-year-old Mark Kusters shot 42-year-old Richard Flynn early Thursday at the couple's Grand Rapids home near Wisconsin Rapids.
A probable cause statement says Kusters' wife told investigators she, Flynn and a neighbor had been out drinking Wednesday night and when she returned home she and her husband saw Flynn looking in their windows.

WAOW-TV cites the court records that allege Kusters grabbed his shotgun, confronted Flynn outside and shot him.

Flynn was taken by air to a Marshfield hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Kusters has not been formally charged.

Court records do not list a defense attorney.
