A Beloit man accused of hiding a female corpse said he was having sex with the woman when she died, according to a complaint.
WISC-TV reports that 50-year-old Marco Rodriguez told police that 27-year-old Nakiela Thompson texted him asking him to pick her up the night she died.
Rodriguez claims he had been meeting up with Thompson for the previous two months, paying her $20 to have sexual intercourse with him.
He took her to R & D Tire Shop, owned by his brother, and went to his bedroom. They began having sex until Rodriguez says Thompson started "acting strange." She gasped for air and had foam coming out of her mouth.
Rodriguez said they stopped having intercourse and Thompson stopped breathing.
This is when Rodriguez claims he panicked, dressed her, and dumped her body at a truck stop.
Police believe Thompson's cause of death was suffocation. Cocaine could also have been a factor.
