The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department is wanting to find the rightful owner of a lost wedding band.
The sheriff's department held on to the ring that was found in the Clayton Elementary School lost and found in Neenah, Wis. in March of 2003 in hopes the owner would come looking for it. Sixteen years later, they're bringing it to
auction.
The ring is likely a size 8 with ”JS to WS” etched on the inside, including a specific date from 1974. If you are the lord (or lady) of said ring and know the date, the Sheriff's department will deem it yours.
