KENOSHA COUNTY -- Spring weather is unpredictable in Wisconsin, but this year the cold weather has stuck around long enough for spring snow sports.
Wilmot Mountain is extending its snow-sports season through March 25 due to good weather conditions for winter sports.
The resort will offer skiing and snowboarding on March 24 and March 25 from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Special spring pricing will also start beginning Monday, March 19.
Wilmot uses snow cannons to extend the ski and snowboard seasons, and according to Wilmot's website, temperatures usually need to be around 28 degrees for man-made snow to be made.
