The Westin hotel in downtown Milwaukee announced it will be opening a new Italian-American steakhouse this summer.
Stella Van Buren will open its doors on June 1.
The restaurant aims to fuse classic Italian food with local flavors, along with a "rustic presentation" and an "energetic atmosphere."
Stella Van Buren will seat about 180 people, with another 50 seats available at the bar. The menu features steaks and various pasta dishes.
The Westin hotel will be located on N. Van Buren St. near Lake Michigan. The hotel is scheduled to open on June 27.
