WEST BEND — West Bend Police are attempting to locate a missing girl.
15-year-old Hailie C. H. Kind is described as 5' 5" 130lbs. with light brown/blonde hair and blue eyes.
Hailie was reported as a missing juvenile to the West Bend Police Dept. at about 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5.
