West Bend City Admin. resigns amid sex charges

Thomas Justice, West Bend’s city administrator has resigned amid charges of felony child sex crimes, according to a written statement from city officials. 

His resignation is effective May 13, 2016, and he will be on paid administrative leave until that time.

As previously reported by TODAY’S TMJ4, Justice faces two counts for child enticement-prostitution and soliciting a child for prostitution, according to court records.

A 16 year-old Muskego girl received sexual text messages, including offers of up to $500 for sex, according to the criminal complaint.

Justice who lives on the 1700 block of Columbia Place in West Bend is scheduled to appear in court at 10 a.m. on May 2 for a hearing.
