West Allis police have arrested two suspects connected to the 2019 stabbing of an Onalaska man.

On Sept. 15, 2019, West Allis police said Ryan Sorensen was stabbed in the 2000 block of South 71st Street at about 2 a.m. He died from his injuries.

Police said a physical altercation between two groups of people happened before Sorensen was stabbed.

On July 28, West Allis police said detectives arrested a 31-year-old man and a 32-year-old woman in connection to Sorensen's murder. Police said the pair did not know Sorensen.

The suspects were from Milwaukee.

No other details were released.
