The first weekend of May not only brings warmer weather, but also exciting events to make the most of it!
Here's what's happening this weekend:
- Maifest 2019 at Estabrook Beer Garden will be held all weekend long. There is also an opening at the Whitnall's beer garden this weekend.
- Saturday kicks off the Inaugural Hank Aaron State Trail Spring Ride. Not only will you get a chance to ride your bikes through the trail, you will also have a chance to explore the new additions on the trail.
- If you haven't gotten your cycling fix after that, then don't worry. There will also be the Seven Seat Bike Tour Saturday. You will learn about the Third Ward's history as well as try out food from different restaurants.
- The 10th Annual Milwaukee Beer Week kicks off Saturday with over 50 events celebrating the city's history in the art of brewing.
- And finally, enjoy free admission to Discovery World all day Sunday. Kids will get to explore the interactive exhibits, create earth-themed projects and try out an interactive fishing tutorial.
