Hey everybody, meteorologist Elissia Wilson with you again with another super simple experiment for kids to do at home.

Today we're going to make a blizzard in a jar. For this you will need a mason jar, white paint, water, baby oil, Alka-Seltzer and glitter glue.

First, pour about 18 ounces of baby oil into your mason jar.

Next, mix 1 cup of water and 3 tablespoons of the white paint together then pour it into the jar.

Squeeze as much glitter glue into the jar as you like then allow the paint and glue to settle to the bottom of the jar.

Once they have settled, put 2 tablets of Alka-Seltzer in the jar and watch your blizzard take shape.
