WISCONSIN — Since the start of the spring season, We Energies has seen six peregrine falcon eggs in nests across Wisconsin.
Within the past 24 hours, three eggs were spotted, and We Energies is expecting even more. Of the six eggs, three are in Port Washington, one in Grafton, one in Milwaukee, and one in Rothschild.
Each nest is at either a We Energies or Wisconsin Public Service power plant.
According to We Energies, "The male and female peregrine falcons will take turns incubating the eggs for the next month or so. If all goes well, we should see our first chicks in late April."
If you wish to check out these eggs, or the peregrine falcons, you can check out the We Energies live cameras here.
