Wauwatosa police are investigating after windows at Wauwatosa East High School were broken overnight.
Officers were dispatched to the 7500 block of Milwaukee Avenue on a report of shots fired and yelling. A caller told police a man has exited a vehicle and smashed numerous windows with a baseball bat.
When officers arrived at 3 a.m., five broken glass windows were spotted at Tosa East High School. There were no suspects at the scene.
A witness told police that a white or silver SUV had pulled up to the school and stopped, the driver exiting the vehicle and smashing the windows.
No other details were released. The case is now with the Wauwatosa Detective Bureau.
