Waukesha Public Library goes fine-free for children's materials

You can hold onto your copy of 'Goodnight Moon' longer than you thought. The Waukesha Public Library will no longer charge overdue fines on children's materials.

Children's materials were officially fine-free starting Tuesday.

The library says they don't have any programs in place to help with older fees as of now, but anyone with questions can call 262-524-3684.

The Waukesha Public Library is open Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. until 8:30 p.m., 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. until 5 p.m.
