WAUKESHA COUNTY – Fire officials say a house in the Village of Summit is considered a “total loss” following an early morning fire.
The fire broke out just after 4 a.m. Tuesday in the 34000 block of Hartwell Place.
Oconomowoc Fire Chief Brad Bowen tells TODAY’S TMJ4 that water had to be shuttled in to get the fire under control. There was also an active gas line that needed to be shut down.
Bowen says all occupants and pets got out safely. No one was injured.
