The Watertown Police Department is warning residents about a potential scam involving counterfeit $100 bills.
The department posted pictures of the bills on Facebook describing them as having, "red markings on the side."
The post goes on to urge those who see someone trying to pay for things with the counterfeit bills to call the police department at (920) 261-6660.
