BAYSIDE — Fish Creek in Bayside received an appreciated clean up this week, after employees of a local company partnered with the village on Friday.
MillerCoors partnered with the Southeastern Wisconsin Watershed Trust to help clear banks and remove trash along the creek.
Volunteers removed log jams, debris and invasive species on Friday afternoon.
"Water is our most important ingredient and it's an important resource for all of us in the community. So we want to make sure we're doing our part to clean up our freshwater resources," said Tami Garrison, a MillerCoors spokesperson.
The project is part of Molson Coors "Our Beer Print Month"where thousands of employees volunteer to support their local communities around the country.
