MILWAUKEE -- The vigil for fallen Milwaukee Police Officer Matthew Rittner will be Friday at Zablocki's Community School.
The former Marine's vigil will begin at 6:30 p.m. at 1016 W. Oklahoma Ave.
Rittner was shot and killed Wednesday morning on Milwaukee's south side by 26-year-old suspect Jordan Fricke.

Rittner was a 17-year veteran of the Milwaukee Police Department, and a former United States Marine where he earned the Medal of Valor.
The 35-year-old Rittner was "well loved by all," according to MPD Assistant Chief Michael Brunson.
