The victim who died in a wrong way crash on I-41 in Dodge County has been identified as Cale Dietrich of Campbellsport, Wisconsin.
According to the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office, the crash happened on last Thursday just before midnight near Highway 28 in Lomira.
The sheriff’s office believes Dietrich, 41, was in a silver Ford pickup truck was driving northbound in the southbound lane when he hit a semi-truck and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the semi truck was injured with non-life threatening injuries and was flown to Froedtert by Flight for Life.
The crash closed I-41 southbound lanes for more than five hours, and northbound lanes for more than an hour.
