Vandals set equipment on fire at Moorland Park Tuesday afternoon.

A Facebook post from the Muskego Parks & Recreation reads:

"We are sad to report that due to an act of vandalism at Moorland Park on the skateboard park equipment, the entire area of skateboard equipment will be fenced in tomorrow and will be unavailable until the equipment can be appropriately repaired."

According to the post, vandals took to the park around 3 p.m. Tuesday and set the skate park equipment on fire.

Muskego Parks & Rec. said the individuals, "ruined the fund of countless others in their selfishness."

This is not the first act of vandalism at Moorland Park this year. There have also been reports of graffiti, kicked-in doors, smashed toilets, slashed windows and more.

Because of the ongoing issue, Muskego Parks and Recreation is planning on installing security cameras at multiple parks.

Anyone with any information on Tuesday's vandals is asked to call Muskego police at 262-679-4130.
