UWM offers free mumps vaccinations Wednesday

MILWAUKEE -- University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee officials are working to keep a case of mumps from spreading.
 
The school is offering a free vaccination clinic Wednesday after one student came down with the infection.
 
 
In 2015 alone, there have been 37 cases of mumps reported across the state. 
 
The vaccinations will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the UWM Student Union Fireside Lounge, 2200 E Kenwood Blvd.
 
It's only open to students, staff and faculty.
