MILWAUKEE -- A fugitive from Milwaukee has been captured.
U.S. Marshals arrested Willie Jordan, 29, on Wednesday.
According to police reports, Jordan and two other suspects allegedly entered his then girlfriend's house near 19th and Congress in December, and restrained her hands and feet. The woman was also punched, kicked, pistol-whipped and burned with a heated fork.
According to police, Jordan was upset about a missing handgun.
Jordan then allegedly injected the woman with heroin against her will.
Jordan has been charged with attempted first-degree homicide-party to a crime, armed robbery- party to a crime, false imprisonment- party to a crime, and distribution of heroin.
He is awaiting extradition to Wisconsin from Tallulah, Louisiana.
