To continue efforts of empowering the Kenosha area, the Urban League of Racine & Kenosha will host a 'Time For Change' community block party on Saturday, Sept. 26 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. at the Urban League Kenosha office.
On-site voter registration, absentee ballot information, along with free COVID-19 testing will be highlighted activities.
There will also be free food, live music and other activities and information from 16 community organizations.
Members from the Urban League, the Kenosha NAACP and representatives from the Jacob Blake will speak at the event.
Urban League asks the community to social distance while at the event and reminds the public that masks are required.
