2,555 cheeses came into the 2019 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest. Now only 20 remain.
60 elite cheese judges have evaluated all of the cheeses at Lambeau Field over the past two days.
Wisconsin cheesemakers make up half of the top 20.
The winner will be announced Thursday at the KI Convention Center in Green Bay. Tickets are nearly sold out but if you are interested in the main event, there are some remaining tickets.
