MILWAUKEE — Two Milwaukee Police Department officers were injured Saturday morning when their vehicle was struck from behind.
The officers were parked near N. 20th Street / W. Chambers Street around 1:55 a.m. when someone driving by hit their vehicle.
Officials say the driver stayed on the scene and was arrested for unrelated charges.
The officers are a 27-year-old male with two years’ experience and a 45-year-old male with 19 years’ experience. Both officers sustained non life-threatening injuries and were treated at a local hospital.
