SHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- Two people were killed Thursday in the Town of Lima, the Sheboygan County Sheriff's Office said Friday, in what appears to be a murder-suicide.
According to a news release, the sheriff's office received a 911 call from a 38-year-old woman Thursday afternoon. On the call, the woman said she had just committed a homicide and was suicidal.
Upon arriving at the scene, authorities found the body of 64-year-old Thomas Rank. It appeared that he died from a gunshot wound, Captain Cory Roeseler said Friday. A short time later, the woman, Sarah Soucheck, was also found dead from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Rank was Soucheck's father, according to the sheriff's office. The investigation is still pending.
