MILWAUKEE — A Topgolf simulator is among the unique amenities coming to The Avenue, our news partners the Milwaukee Business Journal reports.
The virtual driving range is just one of many new amenities coming to The Avenue redevelopment downtown Milwaukee.
The former mall will offer office space, apartments, and a ground-floor food hall that opens in spring. There will be top golf, zombie dodgeball games, pickleball courts, and an indoor dog walking park.
Many of these amenities will be open to the public. However, The Avenue tenants will receive significant discounts, according to the Milwaukee Business Journal.
The first-floor food hall will support local food vendors and will have a video gaming area where people can play “old-school” Nintendo or Sega games on a large screen.
There will be a 30-seat movie theater as well, which will only be open to tenants.
