We checked the prices on Expedia and Orbitz to add a hotel stay in Times Square and flight leaving Thursday and coming back Saturday, both websites came back with the same price of $1,700 for two people.
The number can climb into the thousands of dollars for court seats. Make sure not to get scammed.
"Odds are you're not going to pay any more because the people who are charging less. There's some reason why its not making sense. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is," says Michael Holzberger, Connections Ticket Service.
He adds you should never agree to pay for NCAA tickets by money order. The best thing to do is go through a reputable website or dealer to make sure you do not have a bogus ticket.
