RACINE — Nearly 10,000 people were without power as of 9:55 a.m. Tuesday because of an equipment failure. Power was restored about 10:30 a.m.
The power outage started about 8 a.m.
The We Energies outage map indicated customers without power were primarily located in central Racine County.
