Thousands are without power as severe storms move through our area.
As of 7:45 a.m. Wednesday more than 15,000 We Energies customers were without power. Nearly 6,000 Alliant Energy customers in Wisconsin were without power as well.
Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Sheboygan Counties were the hardest hit, We Energies says.
The Dodge County Sheriff's Office said the Village of Brownsville will be without power until 6 a.m. Wednesday. Brownsville has a population of more than 500 people.
