MILWAUKEE — Veterans and their immediate family can take advantage of an introductory class on yoga and relaxation along Milwaukee's lakefront on Monday.
The free class is happening from 1:30-2:30 p.m. at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center mezzanine.
The class is part of the Milwaukee VA's Whole Health program, which is centered around the health and wellbeing of veterans.
The War Memorial is located 750 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive in Milwaukee. Parking is free for those attending the class.
