TOWN OF YORKVILLE -- Sheriff's authorities say one of the three teens injured in a Racine County crash has died of her injuries.
Officials say 17-year-old Taylor Skendziel died Thursday night. She had been airlifted to Froedtert Hospital in the Milwaukee area following the collision Wednesday in the Town of Yorkville.
Two 15-year-old passengers in the car driven by Skendziel suffered injuries. One has been released from the hospital.
Investigators say a 58-year-old man driving an SUV failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign and collided with the teens' car. He sustained minor injuries.
