MILWAUKEE -- A new Tavern at Turner will open just in time for the Milwaukee Bucks opener on Oct. 3.
Tavern at Turner is located in the now revamped Turner Hall restaurant. The revitalization project was a collaboration with Caravan Hospitality Group.
The new space includes a main dining area, special events area called 'The Palm Garden' and a parlor with banquette seating.
"Soon, people will be able to once again catch a drink or even have dinner before or after a show in the ballroom upstairs or over at events at the new Forum," said Mike Eitel, Caravan Hospitality Group CEO. "The timing was perfect and sitting right in the heart of the new entertainment district allows us to be part of the amazing revitalization happening in this area of downtown."
Tavern at Turner is joining Caravan Hospitality Group's growing entertainment lineup that includes Nomad World Pubs in Milwaukee and Madison, SportClub in downtown Milwaukee and Nomad Nacional in Walker's Point.
Traditional favorites like burgers, salads and appetizers will be on the menu at the new tavern, as well as Chef Joshua Moore's interpretation of the Friday fish fry. There will also be a separate late-night menu featuring global food items.
Tavern at Turner will be open seven days a week.
