Wauwatosa police tried to pin a driver in a chase in Milwaukee last month.
After the car slammed into the squad car, the suspect got away.
The incident happened on Jan. 24.
Police said the car was stolen in Milwaukee and used in other auto thefts.
No one was hurt.
