MILWAUKEE -- Red Lobster has found itself in hot water with Summerfest. World Festival Inc is suing Red Lobster over trademark infringement.
It involves Red Lobster’s "lobster and shrimp summerfest" slogan used in ads last year.
Summerfest asked Red Lobster to stop their use of the slogan and the chain stopped but brought it back this year.
Festival officials are asking Red Lobster that they be reimbursed for any damages or money lost.
