Jesse Ritka in TODAY'S TMJ4's Storm Chaser captured the scene of an overturned semi-truck live on Highway 23 near Plymouth shortly after it happened. Heavy rain and strong winds were in the area at the time of the accident.
Traffic was backed up and visibility for drivers is limited as the rain came down at more than an inch and hour.
