A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for missing man from Racine County.
Authorities say 80-year-old Cesario Cisneros walked away from his home. He was last seen between 2:30 and 3 p.m. in the 200 block of Howland Avenue.
Cisneros is described as a Hispanic man, 5' 1", brown eyes, and black/gray hair combed back with a mustache. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket, gray shirt, and blue jeans.
