A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing man out of Racine County.
79-year-old Cesario Cisneros was last seen in Howland Ave. in Racine. Authorities say he left home on foot at approximately 4:30 p.m. Friday. Officials don't know where he traveled or where he's headed.
Cisneros is described as a 5' 3" Hispanic male with brown eyes, 205 pounds, and brown hair and gray stubble. He was last seen wearing a brown Carhardt jacket, a gray sweatshirt, blue jeans, black shoes, and a black baseball cap with "NY" in white letters.
