The big burst of wintery weather over the last few days belies the fact that overall Fall’s actually been mild.  And a return to toastier temperatures –melting snow—and more rain could combine to create some serious complications for parts of Southeast Wisconsin.

National Weather Service meteorologist Tim Halbach met us out along the Fox river in Burlington – one focus of attention for forecasters.

"There’s no doubt the changing weather is a concern for some residents," Halbach says.

Meantime – Racine County’s Director of Emergency Mangagement, David Mack, advises residents to ready themselves, too.
