PRAIRIE DU CHIEN, Wis. -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 80-year-old woman from Crawford County.
Teresa Jung, 80, was last seen at her home on TV LN in Prairie du Chien. She has dementia and left her home on foot, police say.
Teresa was last seen wearing a dark-colored t-shirt, jeans, and tennis shoes.
She does not have her phone with her and requires medication, police say.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Crawford County Sheriff's Department at 608-326-8414.
