Appleton man returned home safely after nearly one week

**UPDATE: Mr. Rodriguez has returned home safely**

Appleton Police have issued a Silver Alert for 67-year-old Armando R. Rodriguez.

Police say Rodriguez was last spotted at a KFC between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m. Monday in Stevens Point. TODAY'S TMJ4 called police and were told the Silver Alert is "still active."

He was also spotted on Saturday leaving his community-based residential facility at 613 North Division Street in Appleton, Wis. Police say he did not say where he was going.

Rodriguez is believed to be attempting to visit family members who live in Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties, and Texas.

He is described as 5 ft. 6 in. tall, 168 pounds with brown eyes and a white bushy beard. Rodriguez is Hispanic.

He was wearing an orange baseball cap and carrying a black duffel bag on Saturday.
