Bullet enters room at Concordia satellite campus

MILWAUKEE -- Shots were fired in a parking lot at the Midtown Shopping Center in Milwaukee Tuesday evening.

One of the bullets went into a classroom at the Concordia University Satellite Center around 6:20 p.m.
No one was in the classroom when the shooting happened.
 
Milwaukee police said a professor and 36 students in the building went on lock down for a short time prior to the arrival of officers. 
 
Police do not think the university was targeted. 
 

It is unknown why the shots were fired.
