Shots fired at police on Milwaukee's north side

UPDATE: A 24-year old Milwaukee man has been arrested.
 
He was determined to be the suspect who was firing gun shots in the officers’ direction.

MILWAUKEE -- Milwaukee police are looking for the suspect who shot at them while they were investigating another call Thursday night.
 
A caller reported gunfire at approximately 8:20 p.m. near 29th and Auer.
 
When officers arrived, they took two people into custody, but heard more gunshots.
 
When they went to investigate, a suspect fired shots in their direction.
 

Milwaukee police said one of the officers returned fire.

Nobody was hit and there were no injuries. The suspect who fired the shots is still on the loose.
