Shooting leaves man seriously injured Friday night

MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred on Friday, Dec. 4 around 9:45 p.m. on the 2600 block of N. 5th Street.

A 39-year-old man was transported to a local hospital and was treated for life-threatening injuries but is expected to survive, according to police.

Police have made an arrest in connection to the shooting.
