The Sheboygan Police Department has located a missing "at risk" person 22-year-old woman. She is safe.
Koch was last seen on Saturday around 1:00pm, in the area of N 31st Street and Michigan Ave in Sheboygan.
She was wearing a red shirt with gray "legging" style pants.
