An Adell man was arrested Tuesday after police say made threats toward the staff of his daughter's school.

According to a criminal complaint, Jesse Culp, 40, threatened to "light this place up," after a Random Lake High School staffer disciplined his daughter for a dress code violation.

Random Lake School District's superintendent says he talked to Culp three times via phone on Monday about the incident --  which is when the threat was allegedly made -- and demanded a meeting with the teachers who complained about the girl's clothing, believing she was being harassed.

School officials asked the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Department to be present at the school on Tuesday in case Culp showed up.

Deputies arrested Culp at his home Tuesday. Authorities say he made additional threats toward the school while being booked at the detention center.

He's charged with terrorist threats and misdemeanor bail jumping for a previous charge in Adams County.

Culp's wife told investigators that he has military experience and suffers from anger issues and post-traumatic stress disorder.
