Sex offender released, will move to Waukesha

The Waukesha Police Department is alerting residents about a registered sex offender moving to the city.

Dennis J. Fetzer, 72, was recently released from a 2004 conviction of forced viewing of sexual activity. Fetzer also served time for a 1990 charge for 1st-degree sexual assault of a child. Fetzer was convicted both times in Waukesha County.

Waukesha police say Fetzer will now reside at 1104 E. Main Street, apartment #4.

Fetzer is also to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor stores, no contact with the victim, and not to purchase/possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs. He is to comply with sex offender rules and will be on G.P.S. for his lifetime.
