WAUKESHA — A 34-year-old sex offender was released Tuesday in Waukesha.
Arleigh Smith will live at 1100 E. Main St. in Waukesha and be on discretionary GPS monitoring.
Smith was sentenced to 11 years in prison for three counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child in 2009, according to court records.
He was a martial arts instructor in Brookfield when he sexually assaulted two of his students. The victims were 12 and 13 at the time.
He is to have no employment or volunteer involvement with minors and no unsupervised contact with minors. He is to comply with sex offender rules.
