MILWAUKEE — The Milwaukee Public Museum dinosaurs are lonely! Since no one can visit them, the Milwaukee Public Museum is asking dinosaur lovers to send letters, videos, and drawings to the creatures.
The doors of the Milwaukee Public Museum remain closed and the dinosaurs are getting lonely. According to the museum, the dinosaurs are used to seeing 550,000 visitors per year. With COVID-19, though, that number will be much lower this year.
Because of the lack of visitors, the museum is asking for your help to keep the dinosaurs sane. They're asking that dinosaur lovers share photos of themselves with the dinos, write letters to them, share a story, write a song, or dance for the dinosaurs.
They just want locals to do something to cheer up the creatures. Then, they will share those stories, photos, videos, and letters on their social media pages.
You can send your submissions to their Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or email communications@mpm.edu.
