Eager families and children can get their photo taken with Santa as early as this Saturday at Southridge Mall.
According to Southridge Mall, Santa will arrive Saturday Nov. 11, and shopping hours will also be extended for the holiday season.
For many, an annual photo with Santa is holiday tradition like Eggnog and Wisconsin blizzards.
The Santa Photo Experience will be located in center court until Dec. 24, and this year families can reserve their time and skip waiting in line.
Southridge Mall will have other events like Caring Santa Day Dec. 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. with a sensory-friendly caring Santa for children with special needs, as a partnership with Autism Speaks. They will also host a Pet Photo Night on Dec.10 from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.
In addition to events with Santa, Southridge will also host a Giving Tree for the Salvation Army, where shoppers can select an Angel Tag, purchase a gift, and place it in the giant gift box by the Giving Tree.
The toys will be distributed children in need throughout the greater Milwaukee area.
The mall will offer a gift wrapping service during select hours throughout the season, and will showcase local community groups in its annual holiday concert series.
