MILWAUKEE -- If you're look for a new place to live, or just sick of that portion of 6th St. being one lane, it won't last much longer.
According to our partners at the Milwaukee Business Journal, the Royal Capital Apartments and restaurant will be open by summer.
Royal Capital Group LLC will open 112 apartments across from Fiserv Forum, the first new housing in the downtown Milwaukee arena district.
Apartment rents will range from $1,195 to $3,500 a month.
The building has one- and two-bedroom apartments, including several bi-level units.
For a premium price, some apartments will be rented fully furnished, a move intended to attract corporate or daily renters, said Royal Capital president Kevin Newell.
